Pegel sehabis workout atau DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) itu wajar banget. Karena serabut otot kita dalam ukuran yang sangat kecil pada robek. Nah, robekan itu yg memicu reaksi inflamasi (semacam adaptasi tubuh) untuk membentuk otot yang lebih kuat. . Nah makanya penting banget buat ngatur jadwal, ngasih rest day, dan tidur malam hari yang cukup biar recovery otot cenderung berjalan lebih cepat. . Merujuk pada website APKI ada 3 hal yang bisa lo lakuin buat mengurangi rasa nyeri dari DOMS
