Robot machine tending with a Fanuc robot at DMG MORI. Workholding by Schunk. I don’t think many really understand how much work has been outsourced in the last 20 years... Good News: I am seeing many large companies building robotic cells and bringing work back... At the same time, many others will complain about the loss of jobs due to automation etc. We need to understand... That the work was gone... it was lost... Period. But, Now it’s coming back because of technological advances in Robotics
