The UKHSA has defended the speed of its response to the "unusual" outbreak, and says there's no evidence the bacterial infection has spread beyond Kent.

The US military says it used "deep penetrator munitions" to hit the missile sites, as Tehran launches deadly strikes against Israel.

Two young people have died in the outbreak, and two more cases have been identified. Four of the 15 confirmed cases are Meningitis B.
